Enhancing community participation in malaria elimination in Vietnam
Key Activities
1. CMAT refer cases to relevant health facilities for testing and support treatment adherence
2. Participating in malaria surveillance. investigation and responses with local malaria program
3. Community needs assessment for other health issues
4. Mentoring for CBOs on organizational development
5. Annual meeting of community network and Organizing capacity building training courses for CMAT
6. Monitoring and technical support trips by commune level local authorities, and central level, provincial level offices, provincial/district health centers and capable CMATs
7. Develop printed IEC/BCC materials and SOPs and transportation of LLIHNs to CMATs
8. Coordination meetings among VietMCI and related local authorities
9. CMAT group leaders’ meetings with Provincial Project Offices
